In my opinion hes a good manager. Hes passionate and wants the best.

On his first day at Brentford's training ground he saw their changing facilities and was disgusted. So the next day he got ALL his squad painting and redecorating...fair play to him.

He's also done a charity bike ride to raise money for the club- how managers have done that?
