3-2 Swindon Town, although a Goal conceded in last minute against town whatever the outcome, oh and an away sending off early on.

That's what I've gone for on the prediction league as well.

Bit nervous, but had flu all week and first day I've been up by lunchtime for a week, still feel knackered but on the mend. Just glad to be able to listen.

All depends how many people are on here, the commentary etc.

At least you'll have info to read from people who actually went which is always better anyway.

Back in the 80's white dog shit was rife, this was down to the type of food the dog would eat. Many brands of dog food back then would contain a calcium supplement that would cause the little mutt to shit white stuff! This supplement was band around the early 90's and therefore white dog shit disappeared!

To be fair Phil....its the sort of thing that happens when you're shit and get relegated, former regulars and stalwarts flake away and you end up going on your own....this can be a bit of a bummer.   It could be easy to give up yourself....don't.... make the effort...you'll get to meet other Townies....go to the Merlin, pre  match bound to be some off here in there.

Before knowing anyone off here, every game I went to I was on my own. Wasn't a problem, just a lonely drive home after a loss, which wasn't such a bad thing to be honest.

One of the great things about terracing was knowing that the same fellas would normally stand somewhere around the same place.  So you you'd have some banter share a bag of sweets and whisky flavoured flasks of coffee, and not see them again for a fortnight.

We used to have a whole community on the half way line in Shrivenham Road.....got destoyed by the building of the Intel.  :(

Yeah very true. But i won't stop supporting Town even if we do go down. I'm not a quitter. But yeah, i will definetly have to get myself in the Merlin pre match, sometime.

I've been going on my own more than ever this season.

I used to have friends but Girlfriends, work, ticket prices and us being shit have meant i now go on my own most weeks.

My favourite game on my own was my first year at uni when i went to Port Vale. It snowed and George Ndah scored, we won 1-0.

I have driven to some away matches on my own. Hartlepool this season, Sheff Weds last season and the 2 Leeds cup game. There was so much adrenalin at the Parkin Leeds game that I didn't really notice I was on my own and sang my heart out with the rest of the Town fans that travelled that night.
