I know it might sound a bit old fashioned, but have you tried using a broker? I've been living in Sheffield getting on for 10 years now and I still use A-plan on Commercial Road. I tried doing the internet search and direct line thing for about 4 yearsand they beat the quotes I could get every time . My 2.0 Focus ST170 is group 15 and I pay about £450 which was easily the cheapest quote (By at least a ton) , I get a big discount as I have 8 years no claims bonus. :mrgreen:
