Fair enough he wasn't a terrorist, but the policemen involved were trying to protect the public. They made a mistake. They shouldn't be charged. The CPS shouldn't even consider it- its a disgrace. Bringing charges is wrong as these guys were doing their job. In my opinion whoever actually made the call to do it is pretty culpable, clearly made a gross error in judgement and might deserve the sack but involving the CPS is wrong.

I would have thought the officer who issued the ambiguous order to stop him getting on the train would be the most likely to be prosecuted.
Mother of all fuck ups all in all. How he was allowed to get on a bus to the tube if it was decided he should be shot to stop him boarding the train, I'll never know.
