Much prefer the work of Paul McCartney during the Beatles era. Found Lennon a little arrogant. If McCartney had been the one shot we'd have been praising him to high heaven for the last 25 years.

Best partnerships or songwriters are entirely opinion. The best songwriter to me is the perosn who writes my favourite songs obviously, not some guys who worte loads of songs that were massivley popular 40 years ago,n but that I don't really care for.
