Iffy out-ers I'm coming for you

He's done great with the situation the club is in, picks his players right. Loans out some fairly decent players, could this be another good manager whos also a great scout.

All he needs is some consistently, constantly chaning the team around doesn't work.

McDermott I thought was poor and cant run, CC-P looked shakey in places and Fallon looked about 5 yards off the pace. Collins was unfit, Jack Smith was unfit.

All this extra training, running, gym etc

He looked very rusty and off the pace, certainly first half all he did was hoof it right to their left back. He was solid but not overly good in my opinion, better than hes played before yes, but nothing brilliant.

We haven't had 'solid' for months though...

I wish i shared your optimism - but for the rest of the season we will be fighting the drop, nothing better.  Not saying Iffy is crap - just hes not a miracle worker.

Yeah great result today,  we needed the 3 points.

However i still hold the same stance that Iffy should go.  Today we got the 3 points which was great.  However, we just need the team to be consistent.  No dount in weeks to come, we will all be here moaning about another Town poor performance - heres hoping we dont though   :beers:

However i think Iffy will be here till the end of the season.  If he keeps us up, then i guess the position will be his full time.  If we go down,  then its up to the board really.

firstly i'd like to say i'm fully behind iffy,but,this is the worst swindon team i personally have  seen in over 20 years of supporting swindon.
ours was the only fixture today so stop getting carried away.
i still think we will be very lucky to avoid relegation this season,but sincerley hope we do.things have got better under iffy but there is a long way to go

Fallon isnt the fastest, but he has a footballers brain Like Teddy Sheringham. You don't need pace to be a great footballer, although it does come in handy.  8)
