Title: Shit Films
Post by: Foggy on Monday, November 21, 2005, 10:20:42
Before all you pervs out there get excited i mean films that are shit not contain it

I had the misfortune of watching/enduring "Creep" at the weekend, what a pile of steaming horse turd this film is, good idead, good location, poor acting, storyline. This ranks alongside "Alexander" as one of the worst films ever.

Anybody seen anything worse?

I think we can safely say 'bird films' are a given for being tripe, Erin Brockovich (sp?) was shocking IMHO

TDAT was wank, but I think there's been a lot shitter. I haven't seen Lost In Translation and for good reason.

I hate it when you know a film is going to be shit, but you watch it anyway. John Q was on the other night and we all sat in my house and watched the whole thing, even though it was tripe  :|

Harold and Kumar was funny as fuck. I was a bit fucked but that's how you should be watching it in my point of view!

Anchorman was a good comedy, not amazing but the first half of the film was setting up the second half. Who's seen that other ROn Bergundy film they made with the unused footage? I do want to see that.

Has anyone seen Napoleon Dynamite? Most bollocks and over-rated comedy I have seen this year

I watched creep and actually thought it was very scary

Last night I rented out 'the decent' which was supposed to be best british horror of the year.It was ok, but was a bit bland towards the end. If you love blood and guts then you will like that. The monsters scared me though and I nearly cried when one of the girls put an axe through her mates throat by accident.

The Chef is ace, apparently, so a friend told me, ahem.

More shite films:

- The Village. Twoddle, like nobody would have found them.
- Signs - Really bad. Jolly green giant*  traverses the universe but decides to use crop circles to coordinate the attack rather than the super alien technology they posess, hmm. And thier comms can be picked up by a baby monitor. And if one more person tells me "it isn't about the aliens"...
-Freddy got fingered. Gross (good) but Rubbish.

Seen some crap in my time. A lot of these people might not know seeing as I'm one of the older people on here.

The Talented Mr Ripley - utter crap.
A Chorus Line
Remo
Police Academy 3,4,5 etc
Big Trouble in Little China
Like Father Like Son
Alian Nation
Fletch Lives
Moon Over Parador
Family Business
Rude Awakening
Joe v The Volcano
Wild Orchid
Bad Influence
Betsys Wedding
Hotspot

All of them apart from The Talented Mr Ripley are late 80's/early 90's. All ones to avoid from memory. Seen so many more I couldn't list them all, the good ones make up for them though.

Is that the one with the four friends in? one died and the other three went on that adventure to find the treasure? If so I thought that film was brilliant! I was laughing alot (then again I do laugh at the most random of things!)

there was bear chasing after them. One of them says 'theres a bear chasing us!' and one of the others 'yeh and its sooooo fast '  :D  Made me laugh. The little one was cute.
