did anyone in the town end or nationwide actually hear the arkells singing on saturday

I couldnt hear a thing from the Winners :D

I heard the Arkells and i was at the back of the Town End.  :)

When we usually do 'Come on UUUU Reds' it usually sounds pretty pathetic. But we had a really good one going saturday, it actually reminded me of when the Shrivvy road used to do it.  :shock:  Not taking the piss. I mean it wasnt that good, but it took me back a little bit.

fuckin ace glad you could hear us, i think there was a few in the arkells who were surprised :D  will be there for city, i know spencer your lot are in nationwide but wont you miss the eye contact of the arkells?

I was in the arkells and heard a few occasional outbursts :D And everytime I looked over I could see Dave and sonic stood up winding up the away fans with angry expressions on their face.The arkells is the new townend :?

I sit next to the away fans in the Arkells and I just go and wind up the away fans, although at times I hate the fact it is so quiet but it has livened up slightly in the last few weeks.

I missed Boston but ive been saying all season The North Stand (I like to use its proper name) is where it's at. Forest and Yeovil were especially good up there. We just need more numbers. City should be great, I've just got to try my hardest not to go OTT and get nicked. The OB were staring hard during the Southend game just cause we were having a bit of banter. It pissed me off, there was nothing malicious but the OB think you're causing trouble. Lets hope there's some numbers up there for City and we get a bit of atmosphere going.

Yeah I quite enjoy it. I think the bottom of the south is much better if teams are on the bank. Just cos your at 90 degrees to them, you can see all of them and they can see all of you. Plus you get away with a lot more because you are not near the executive bit.

But yes I did enjoy it saturday and I will be back. Got to watch it a bit up there though. I try not to point and shout abuse at particular away fans cos Ive got in trouble for it before. But its hard not to, cos I really fucking love it.
