They're still going to be doing fitness work at Cannon's gym, it's not as if they've never used a gym before. Paintballing in the afternoon when they'd have only been going home anyway, sounds like a good idea to me. No fair play, it's something different, but worth a go. If you see what Trollope's doing at Rovers it's all about man management, confidence and team building and they've won 2 out of three.
