According to reports the singer was taken to a Los Angeles hospital yesterday morning accompanied by a police escort and husband Kevin Federline. The baby boy then arrived by Caesarean section in the evening, according to Us Weekly magazine's website. However, these reports have not yet been confirmed by Spear's representatives or the hospital in question.
