Wondering if anyone has a recommendation of somewhere rural or maybe 20 mile radius of Swindon to eat. Logfire, rustic olde worlde type place ideal. Do 100% want good food. No where in Swindon grabs me TBH. looking to go this afternoon. Rather than evening.

La Strada or The Crown Inn Broad Hinton The Winterbourne in Winterbourne Bassett A little further afield but ticks all of your boxes The White Horse in Compton Bassett (food is pricey but out of this world) I real little gem and old school Rural pub is The Cross Keys in Bradenstoke.
