First half bad, second half better.

Thanks for signing up Mrs. Uwakwe.

Tough one to decide today. Some excellent 2nd half performances, FBT, Khan and Hutton. But none of those stood out (for the right reasons) first half. Mahoney was good with hands and feet. Nothing to be done from his POV on the goals. Probably deserves a bit more credit than he has got so far this season.

Someone has already gone for Uwakwe, so I won’t bother with that!

Bit surprised that anyone could look beyond Mahoney today. Only candidate for me.

A few people in the past have said that they'll never vote for the keeper, and a few others like to vote for people they think deserve a mention when someone is running away with it. No MoM has over 50% of the vote this season, and "even" Austin v Rochdale where he scored four bleeding goals and we didn't even win was 'only' 90%

Two brilliant saves from Mahoney but it turns out they were irrelevant. Not that he knew that when he made them. He's a great keeper, better than Bryñn I reckon. But Hutton for me tonight

Have gone for Mahoney, but thought Hutton had a decent game, looked much better defensively

A lot of it last night compared to usual standards, yet I can’t help but think if FBT scores that header we’d get a point. Hutton MOTM, very much improved on last year

Finding it tough to pick a top performer last night. The game was pretty much over at 3-0 so the damaged limitation exercise of the second half, where our performance levels did improve are where I guess I have to pick from. Hutton's deliveries were causing all kinds of problems for them defensively, can't help but think 'what if' when FBT headed down and over the bar. I thought Brewitt did ok again yesterday and FBT looked a little back to his usual self. A superb point blank double save by Mahoney worth a mention also.

I think Shade for Uwakwe might need to be a permanent change going forward, he looks very uncomfortable out on the left hand side. At times RHM looked like a competition winner last night, but his unpredictability and pace are definitely assets. He sometimes reminds me of those old puppets on strings where the limbs are flying around all over the place. On form though, unplayable.

I don't think anyone was faultless last night. Hutton could have done better for their first goal but was easily our most dangerous player in the second half.

RHM is definitely the player in our team with the widest range of outcomes between his best days (or minutes) and worst.

Like the striker equivalent of Jerel Ifil

It seems the more minutes he has, the more likely you are to get headless chicken RHM.

In pure football terms doesn’t have a football brain.
Very quick though 😀
