Title: Re: IT support Post by: jonny72 on Saturday, December 13, 2014, 21:37:58 I changed jobs a few months back. Job market was pretty good at the time and I'd guess it's the same now, far better than a couple of years back when there was fuck all other than entry level stuff. Only looked at Windows Server stuff though.

This is a call ticket we received this morning. 'Mandy cannot see what she it typing (I am unsure if this is on all packages or just her outlook - she is not here to ask)' I used to work with a lovely lady at Standard Life in Scotland, who just wasn't office savvy at all. One day she asked me to come over as she had a problem with her phone which didn't seem to be working. So I went over and she had the handset of the phone in one hand and was typing in the number on her computer keyboard!!! I had to really bite my tongue that day! However we had a laugh about it afterwards but at the time it was  |
