Something with computers.

I think it involved a start and end date and was for someone else.

If you can tell someone to turn it off and on again then anyone can be in IT support.

I changed jobs a few months back. Job market was pretty good at the time and I'd guess it's the same now, far better than a couple of years back when there was fuck all other than entry level stuff. Only looked at Windows Server stuff though.

You have to have some patience as well. This is a call ticket we received this morning.

'Mandy cannot see what she it typing (I am unsure if this is on all packages or just her outlook - she is not here to ask)'

I used to work with a lovely lady at Standard Life in Scotland, who just wasn't office savvy at all. One day she asked me to come over as she had a problem with her phone which didn't seem to be working.

So I went over and she had the handset of the phone in one hand and was typing in the number on her computer keyboard!!! I had to really bite my tongue that day! However we had a laugh about it afterwards but at the time it was
