Yeah, I would like to give it a go to see how it works, a bit of practice.

I have my Netherlands B Team lined up ready. Preferably would like to play a team not in my group.

It would be handy to have a friendly as some of our newer members/managers are not that familiar with it.

I could do a friendly. I have 18 pictures and I'm pretty confident I won't need more than 9 for the main competition...

I've only got 2 girls in my squad so far, and haven't found a decent picture of either of them yet.

I am up for the friendly but is it wise against somebody from my group.
Especially my first game.

Difficult. If you play someone in your group then you can get a feel for your standard against theirs and so have a better idea who to play in the group match (whether to up your team or keep your best players for later etc.) But then, so will they...

On balance though I would say no. A virgin is always better off losing it with someone who doesn't matter I feel  :)

Yes, probably best not to play a friendly against someone from the same group, even though I'm sure that neither Jutty or I would be fielding our best players.

You can manager another team for friendlies if you like.

Be sure to make it clear in the PM you send me though to avoid confusion. And choose a team that is not in the tournament already
