If I had to go for a console though it would be PS4 as its a bit cheaper than the Xbox One. I'm swaying towards the older ones :) I used to have an Xbox 360, and most of the games I bought were preowned. Never had an issue with any of them. Are the same games any cheaper on the pc format? Even if you buy on release date you're looking at around £35 rather than £55.

The downside of online PC gaming is the ability to 'cheat', which from my limited understanding is much less likely on a console... being a competetive so-and-so and honest as the day is long, I hate seeing players in online multiplayer games with 'enhanced' abilities..

If worse comes to worse I would opt for The Sega Master System (with Hang On built in), Wonderboy in Monsterland and Out Run.
