Title: Online ticketing
Post by: chalkies_shorts on Tuesday, February 11, 2014, 20:11:18
Anyone else having problems with this. It seems to have lost my ST details so I can't get my seat for P'boro. Also because it says I don't have an ST I can't get the additional ticket for £10.
I've also tried to add my ST but don't seem able to do so.
Is there anyone out there with a brain who might be able to help.
Could go down there tomorrow but would rather avoid it.

Have you already registered to purchase online?

Do you have your season ticket? If not how are you getting into games, if so what do you mean by "lost the details"

How far do you get, I can put the Orient ticket into my basket but I'm not going to try and pay because I don't want one!

Bought a batch of City tickets tonight no probs so don't think the systems down or anything.

Without being funny Chalky, are you sure you have the right/latest login? I know I had about 4 logins on the old system and when they got transferred over your season ticket only got allocated to one of them.

I've bought tickets for games not covered under the ST previously no problem. It normally says something along the lines of tickets waiting for you. I regsitered the ST but it no longer shows me as having a ST although I've got it in front of me.
I think paolo69 might be right about multiple logons but this is the only one I can remember and I'm sure that's where I ordered other tickets from.
I think I'll go down the CG and sort it.

:)

I did the same thing with Amazon. It let me have two accounts, same email address, different passwords.

I've just purchased a ticket for tomorrow and I couldn't get the seat on my season ticket and had to choose a different one, is this new seat loaded on my card so I can get in or do I need to collect a ticket tomorrow?

What option did you select at checkout?!

Apparently if you purchase after the time when ST seats are reserved, the tickets get printed out and you have to pick them up from the ticket office.

Your confirmation email should have delivery option on it ie card/print at home/collect

It says that it's going to be posted to my house unless otherwise stated, it states no other option as I wasn't given one so unless the royal mail are on their toes I'll ring the club and ask them to load it on my card.

Bloody hell not usually an option this close to a game
And it cost you a £1 for postage too

They've loaded it on my card before over the phone and as I'm out tomorrow until late there's no chance of picking it up.
