"All hail to the Ale, and welcome the Wine for the Ladies!" Title: comedians Post by: Bob's Orange on Tuesday, August 16, 2005, 10:24:04 Stewart Lee was very very funny. Phil Kay was ok, as Frank said he is very off the wall and was funny in parts. Every time someone left to go to the toilet he would make up songs which were quite good!!
Robert Newman and Jason Byrne are the line up tonight. Anyone see or heard of either of these guys? I think Robert Newman used to do stand up with David Baddiel. Title: comedians Post by: I 8 Razor on Tuesday, August 16, 2005, 11:02:03 not heard of them two

A foul mouthed Irish guy taking the piss out of the audience. Tres amusant!! Today's line up is some Japanese drummers followed by some comedy provided by Dara O'Brien and Alan Carr. Think I have seen these two on tv recently. Title: comedians Post by: Bob's Orange on Friday, August 19, 2005, 10:02:48 Jimmy Carr was slightly dissapointing!
Paul Merton, Tim Vine and Richard Herring today close my week of fringe comedy. I would recommend Stewart Lee and Jason Byrne if u get a chance. |
