Been a tough few weeks lately so as i aint driving will be letting my hair down for sure.

Cannot believe it is a week Saturday :wotjump: :wotjump:

I shall be at V Fest, which I didn't realise at first but as I had no chance of going to Hartlepool i'm fairly happy about!

If I was gonna be missing for one game I'm happy it's one of the furthest away!

You going Sutton?

Tempted but its the wifes birthday and as i've missed the last 3 because of football, the ice may be very thin.... Then again i might try the old off for a paper trick and take my medicine when i get back.

Mr & Mrs Fatbasher and young master Fatbasher are going. Staying overnight and having a day out at a north Yorkshire theme park on the Sunday before Mr Fatbasher who does about 40k a year in his car for work drives everyone home. Oh joy.

Exactly. This staycation idea of mine this year looks like being just that with the amount of days out we're planning. thank fuck Preston and Blackpool is off due to moving it back to the Sunday, didn't fancy that and return to work the following day.

Cant wait for this one, swore I wouldn't go if it was Hartlepool/Carslile away before the draw was made but I can't resist the opportunity to try out my 12 hours of downloaded tunes for the journey.

The last time I went it was our first game with Boss Eyed Wise at the helm and Brez pulled off some incredible saves, think we scraped a 1-0 and i got a barrel of abuse from some northerner as "we wur fookin shite" The tart in the tea hut thought she was Cheryl Cole too, in a Vicky Pollard sort of way

Hartlepool's first team lost 5-1 at home to Newcastle last night, whilst their reserves also lost 5-1 at Spennymoor.

True Story.

Everyone drives faster than me, I think.  I'd be allowing 5 to 6 hours that trip.

I'm sure someone has posted on another page about car parking, so to save me the aggro of looking what is the sp on a) parking and b) a pre-match pint at a decent hostelry that will allow kids in?

Mr, Mrs and Master Fatbasher welcome you to say hello to us. I picked up the replica shirts today for me and Master and Mrs will have her generic Samsung Polo shirt on so the three of us should not be to difficult to spot.

Got this from a monkey hanger I'm meeting up there

"We always park at the historic quay its free and close to the ground, then head over the bridge to a boozer called the ward jackson, Postcode for your Sat nav mate Ts24 0xz"

He assures me it's a weatherspoons and OK for away fans, so that's where I'm heading, never been before so I know no better.
