I've found the perfect tune for you then Crispy! It's a dnb remix of the Nas song on the other thread. Enjoy.  :D

The Stranglers have 5 good songs:

Peaches, No More Heroes, Nuclear Device, Golden Brown and 96 Tears. Not a fan of the rest of their stuff.

I actually used to listen to the old DnB quite a bit!

Some of my favourites from way back when.. Just can't get on with it now..

The Hazard tunes aren't really 'way back when' as it was only about 5-6 years ago. (They were good though, especially Machete). I can remember dnb/jungle tunes from the nineties (getting old )

As for more recent dnb, I love this:

and on a slightly cheesier note, this:

At a time when most of the dj's were playing-making tunes in a ragga style or dark jungle, this guy was a bit different and was an originator of DNB.
These tracks must be 18 years old and still sound quality.

Anyone used to go to Helter Skelter when it was going strong? Or Valve at the Brunel Rooms?

Or am I just old? soapy tit wank

DnB is quality, however loads of shite about these days, which doesnt help when people like Pendulum and Chase & Status sell out for the mainstream

Arriba, you are right, LTJ Bukem is a legend

I went to Helter skelter at milton keynes sanctuary. 1994
went nearly every week to the brunel when i wasn't at a biggy in another town-city or field. I was a regular raver between 1991-1995.
always prefered the breakbeat-dnb-jungle scene rather than the happy-tecnho stuff
