Title: Exciting Post by: magicroundabout on Thursday, July 21, 2005, 13:12:59 This morning all happy working away when we heard a scuffle happening outside.
Had a nose out the window to see 5 blokes grabbing these 2 guys and wrestling them to the floor. Followed by 2 women running after them. Being a nosey arsshole that i am i had to venture outside to find out what was going on to find out that these 2 blokes on the floor had just snatched one of the womens bags whilst she was coming out of the bank and got chased by these 5 blokes. Was all exciting stuff as then loads of cops turned up to arrest them right in front of my work. think one of the robbers had a bit of a kicking by one of the blokes which was quite funny as he kept saying " i never hit you, you fell over. Going to be a lot wose if/when Turkey ever joins the EU. There will be a tidal wave of thousands of young Turks coming to seek their fortune. Problem is when you get so many unskilled workers from a country with such a lower gross income per-anum many will turn to petty crime. Faced with the decision of scraping crap off a toilet for a £5.50 an hour or grabbing a bag of a woman and make more money than you could earn at home in 12 months many will take the latter option.
