Title: No Ticket for Tomorrow... Post by: walrus on Friday, February 17, 2012, 18:26:23 Bugger. My ticket hasn't arrived for tomorrow's match, despite ordering it on Tuesday. Anyone know what I can do in this situation? Pissed off as I had the option of a Hereford end ticket for a fiver (friends are Hereford fans) but I turned it down in preference of standing on my todd with other Swindon fans.
I'm leaving first thing in the morning from Crawley - anything I can do to pick up another copy of my ticket? Or am I doomed to sit in the home end? Will I get a refund? I remember a few years ago a similar thing happened to me at the Luton game and I had a nightmare getting a refund. In the end I gave up as the Swindon and Luton box offices just ended up referring me back to each other. Argh. My best laid plans.... Title: Re: No Ticket for Tomorrow... I know this won't help you because I didn't leave it until the night before to worry about it, but I spoke with the Swindon ticket office and they arranged for me to collect replacements from Hereford. |
