Crush it and dissolve it in a small amount of warm water (it won't dissolve fully due to the carrying agents but will go a cloudy grey colour) it'll take about 20 minutes of constant stirring

You'll need to add it to a cocktail or something to hide the taste/colour and then find a girl to get the action started after about 30 minutes (it don't happen on it's own you know)
