Stag do and i must say i am looking forward to a booze drizzled weekend.
Should be a laugh and i will enjoy some of the sights ;D
Will take it a bit easy tomorrow as Saturday will get messy no doubt.

Went to Blackpool the weekend before last on our end of season football do.
Quality weekend away for a big group of lads, plenty of bars and clubs, never seen a club so busy at 1pm as I did the other week.
You will have a good one.

Blackpool is the sweaty armpit of this country which makes it the ideal place for a Stag weekend.

Got to ride that big wooden roller coaster after a few pints!

i had my stag here back in 2003. the ratio back then was at least 10/1. But it still made for a quality weekend.

But for Stags in England the best two places i've been too are Newcastle and Liverpool. Newcastle tops it though.

But then Magaluf back in May has been the best destination to date and actually worked out quite cheap. Including flights and 3 nights stay i only spent in total £450. It helped our hotel bar was only 1.50 (euro) a pint :)

Yeah Blackpool is still an amazing place despite all the groups of Jocks and Northern monkeys. You're guarenteed to see a fight and woman pissing in the middle of the street, else your money back - which should be the tourist board slogan.
This is good info for me though as I've got to start thinking of places for my stag. You make a good point about the money you'd spend in Magaluf.
I can't decided between Newcastle -been there 3 times and it's been amazing every time, dirty Spanish destination - Magaluf or Benidorm etc, or Hamburg - which my mate insists is the best stag location theses days.
Any other help or advice on such an important matter would be greatly appreciated.

As a sober witness, Newcastle is insane every weekend and most week nights too. The stags and hens go loco in Toon.

You won't go far wrong in Hamburg, stag-wise... just got back from an extra long weekend. beers, bratties, and whores galore.

Had my stage weekend in Blackpool. Dodgy stag friendly B&B, pissed up scotts chasing us with fire extinguishers, pubs, clubs, lap dance clubs,, paintballing, pleasure beach. Marvellous.

Going into the centre for the Sat evening session new jeans,nice new white shirt when CRACK!
A young man hits the deck smashing his head open and is fitting really bad,after a few seconds in shock me and another lad try and hold him down as he is thrashing around like a fish out of water...not seen anything like it then he is still and his face is whitish/blue and i am trying to pull his tongue out while the other lad is desperate to keep his head still as he keeps smacking it on the pavement...the ambulance took twenty mins to arrive and in that time he has had three fits,jeez he was strong almost animal like.
Shook me up a bit not to mention my blood stained new jeans and new shade of crimson shirt. ::)..really thought he was going to die.
Anyhow got to have some blood tests next week as i was in contact with his blood and saliva which i didn't even think of untill the wife mentioned it :eek:

While cleaning up in the nearby hotel the police came in and told me he was in a bad way but stable...they thought he may have been attacked because of the gash on his head,but i saw him fall(and heard).
Seems he had been on the lash without taking his medication(epileptic?)..apparently the fact he had three fits dosn't bode well for the future.........anyhow i ended up having a good evening and watched the sun come up on a bar terrace,got into bed at 5am and i am still recovering!

Glad you still managed to have a good night, and fair play for helping him, plenty of people would have walked past.
