Title: Someone Try This Post by: blinkpip on Thursday, July 7, 2005, 15:59:11 And tell me if it works.
There are loads of Free Sky on your Computer on ebay. Some even say that you can watch Saturday games that aren't on Sky. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=106469&item=5215878402&rd=1 I was thinking about trying it, but thought I could get in trouble or something?? Title: Someone Try This Post by: Batch on Thursday, July 7, 2005, 16:04:08 There is no such thing as free Sky, well there is freesat but it's not showing Saturday games.
What in fact they are probably selling is information about where to buy equipment to receive signals from different satellites, i.e. not the ones your average Sky dish usually points at. In fact you may need a bigger dish anyway... You can probably find this information on the net quite easily and free (www.digitalspy.co.uk forums for e.g.). That Saturday games - not sure on the legality of it. It will be against UK copywright probably since Sky owns the prem. rights for this teritory. I could be wrong though.... Title: Someone Try This Post by: Papa Smurf on Thursday, July 7, 2005, 16:10:03 Sounds great! And all you need for it to work is media player. Why don't you email him and ask about the legal stuff?
Title: Someone Try This Post by: blinkpip on Thursday, July 7, 2005, 16:14:45 They would just say it's legal to get a sell. :?
Title: Someone Try This Post by: Papa Smurf on Thursday, July 7, 2005, 16:24:11 Maybe, but it clearly isn't legal so he might be honest with you and tell you if anyone's had any problems. Although, probably not.
