Title: Filing programmes
Post by: BANGKOK RED on Wednesday, June 15, 2011, 09:42:21
I need a better filing system for my articles.

I need to be able to find them under more than one category. e.g. I need to be able to find the same article filed away under both the client name and also under a category.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

I'm not down with desktop database programs, but if it's just text files I'd imagine you could use Access or Bento.

If such a thing exists, I know it does for Macs, it'd be easier to be able to tag documents, like you would photos in facebook, that can then be searched for with Explorer.

No software needed. You can add tags to files in Windows, then just search on the tag name or file name.

Edit: Samdy's replied! :)

Also, Evernote, which I use, is pretty special and is free for most normal use.
