Title: CVA Payment amounts. Post by: Mrs Miggins on Thursday, April 21, 2011, 18:21:32 Evening All. Can any one cast their minds back to remember how much our cva payment amounts in the £ to our creditors were? A Pompey supporting friend of mine was asking to compare with their details.

Post by: pauld on Thursday, April 21, 2011, 19:01:21 It was supposed to be around 24p in the £, eventually paid out a little over 21p iirc. But that was only thanks to the vigilance of some creditors who resisted the attempts to "insert" some extra creditors even as late as a few weeks before settlement which would have reduced the pay-out to closer to 10p. Remember the extra £2m+ Hacker Young "found" after the final payment (from the club) was due? It was all put down to an administrative error at the time, but I'd suggest a similar level of vigilance in case similar "administrative errors" creep in with this CVA. Unlikely I know but ....
