gutted, its only 2 years old, 27inch philips one, started smoking! Looks like im off to comet! Gutted, a cost I didnt need!

How much do they cost?

Fucking hell, have you lost all picture and sound as you may be able to get it repaired on the cheap.

You can get a good deal if you go to a Tiny store.  Something like pay nothing interest free until next year then in full or in installments.

Going to get one myself when my apartment is ever finishes getting built.

I never bother with Warranties etc, cost too much.

2 years old is crap though, should last for ages.

Mine did the same last year. it was also 2 years old. It was a shitty Goodmans, But paying out for another widescreen is a bastard.

Trust you sonic! It just started smoking! Didnt exactly have a receipt for the TV, Went to comet and choose a Goodmans 28inch widescreen thingy, bargain at £199 problem is its silver and need a new TV stand now, ikea here I come!

Have to admit I get my TV's from Asda,you get a standard 3 year guarentee and if it goes wrong they just swap it for a brand new one.

And not to expensive either.
