I can't make it. I was feeling disappointed, but it's probably for the best the way things are going!

For any lonely alcoholics, or people stuck in east London with nothing better to do the London reds are meeting at The Birkbeck Tavern, Sensible ones are getting there around 6-6.15. I'm aiming to get there around 5- 5.30 after my fake meeting finishes. It's about a 10 minute walk to the ground. 15 if you're drinking with me ;)

I didnt realise there was another pub in Leyton.

It's pretty decent compared to a lot of pubs round leyton  Stratford and the surrounding area.

I think I'm coming back on the 23.20 (?) to Oxford as that gives you enough time to get back to Paddington from LO. Thing is, if you are paying in advance to get the cheap train tickets and miss your designated train, then you is fooked.....as I bet that an inspector will be on there and catch ya!  :)

 Leyton Orient are the form side in Div 3....one defeat since the start of November, a 5-0 thrashing at Brighton Jan 1st.

 Shame the cup game v Arsenal, isn't until a week Saturday, because they might have been a bit half hearted if it was this Saturday.

...and again it wouldn't quite be enough for us in our predicament.  Agree with the basic point though.  Fact is, we're going to need approx 23 points from our remaining 17 games to stay up - an average of 1.35 points/game.  So far this season we have averaged 1.07 points/game; and in the last 10 games we have averaged 0.70 points/game.

It's a tall order, and I'm not sure that a point at Orient really helps when we still have several other tough away games in the run in.

 We'll need to find a minimum of 5 or 6 wins, and some draws to make up the rest, probably can't afford any more than 5 or 6 defeats.

 Doable but on current form unlikely....Obika if he arrives will be the final punt.

From mails and posts looks like the best turnout from the london reds since Millwall, In fact the only one I'm not sure about is Mr Ardiles? Are you venturing over Mr A?

I've heard a rumour (although it may have actually been reported somewhere by now) that Misun is screwed also... pre-existing injury that we never noticed as we didn't give him a medical. Could all be a pack of lies though.

They said on BBC RS a couple of days ago that Misun was out for two weeks with a knock picked up in training. So he is injured.

BBC RS confirmed Flint and Benyon doubtful due to knocks.

On the basis that the majority of players have been useless fuckers this season, having them out should make very little or no difference.

Ah but the useless fuckers are nearly all injured, which leaves us with the ultra useless fuckers. I don't think I've ever been as depressed as this before  a game . The thought of Dossevi, running round for 90 mins with no replacement means I might have to get very very pissed, to be able to sit through the inevitable horror show.
