Jingle All the Way is fucking embarassing and DMR you should hang your head in shame. I find the older X Mas films considerably better than anything new - ie Miracle on 34th Street or whatever it is.
The safest rule, however, is just avoid X Mas films. in fact, best to avoid X Mas songs and best to avoid X Mas altogether. Title: Re: Fave Christmas film? Of course, the likes of It's a Wonderful Life are the best efforts but I'd be lying if I said it was my favourite. I did go and see Merry Christmas, Mr Lawrence....some years ago, mainly because I had a fit bird who liked films, but I did like David Bowie. Can't remember if it was at Christmas although I suspect not....and it was a bit shit. Rock stars really should stick to music....although I do recall Mick Jagger, being reasonable as Ned Kelly.
