Lots of places but not sure which is good or not Hi Luci......little shop in Gorse Hill fairly reasonable last time i went in...opposite M Bros. Title: Re: Footy Shirt Framing Post by: stfc11 on Wednesday, December 1, 2010, 21:47:37 Just make sure you ask that they don't cut the shirt, went into one in old town and they said some places cut the shirt in half to fit it in the frame easier and chuck the other half in the trash!
Title: Re: Footy Shirt Framing Post by: STFC_Gazza on Wednesday, December 1, 2010, 22:09:33 Place in Rodbourne does not cut shirts. They have an example of an Andy Johnson Everton shirt in store.
Title: Re: Footy Shirt Framing Post by: Ironside on Wednesday, December 1, 2010, 22:25:20 Recommend the Framing & Stamping corner on Bassett High Street.
Ask for Alan, he's in the guild of master craftsmen so the work is top quality and price is reasonable. He's done loads of sports memorabilia work in the past, including for that place that used to be in the Brunel. He's also done work for the club in the past. His workshop number is 01793 855 307 Title: Re: Footy Shirt Framing Post by: THE FLASH on Thursday, December 2, 2010, 11:10:58 Recommend the Framing & Stamping corner on Bassett High Street. Title: Re: Footy Shirt Framing Post by: redbullzeye on Thursday, December 2, 2010, 15:58:39 I'm getting mine done by the club but I haven't had it back yet so can't comment on the quality. The demo one looked ace and I think the cost is around 85 quid.
Title: Re: Footy Shirt Framing Post by: redbullzeye on Tuesday, December 21, 2010, 11:24:30 BUMP!
In case anyone is interested in the club framing - they've done a great job IMO. The two panels at the bottom are a picture of the current squad and a legend that says "Authentically signed by Swindon Town 2010/11 squad" although who'd want to forge STFC players autographs isn't clear to me. Apologies for the really shit photo http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z223/redbullzeye/shirt2.jpg Title: Re: Footy Shirt Framing Post by: Paolo69 on Tuesday, December 21, 2010, 12:13:32 Was it only £85 then mate?
