A mate of mine first told me about Inbetweeners.  I thought it sounded terrible, crude crass comedy for kids.  The I watched it afound it was that, but also genuinely hilarious.  I dont often laugh out loud at things on E4, but every episode Ive found myself doing so including last night and the bollock scene.

This episode peaked after 30 seconds though

Loved it.

Bit the bullet and decided to watch it to see what all the fuss was about. It was quite funny but it certainly wasn't as good as some people were making it out to be. Had it's moments.

I thought that initially, but in hindsight I was waiting for the cringe/laugh moment which turned out to be the bollock at the end, and I think I may have missed more subtle stuff in anticipation. Needs another watch as I keep remembering funny bits like Neil and Jay not understanding that you can be heard through a curtain.

I think Nemo picked out the best bit of the episode imo.

I've always preferred the more subtle stuff in the Inbetweeners to the cringe moment using your terminology.

I didnt find the bollock thing funny - but was in stitches about the Diana line.

Yeah the arm thing was dumb. The rest of it though seemed quite accurate for someone who'd just eaten and 8th of hash, having never touched drugs before. The rest of the episode was ok.

Except doesn't it have to be emulsified it something fatty for it to have any effect? Pretty sure if you ate a lump of hash you'd just shit it out with no effect, which is why people go to the trouble of making brownies or cannabutter or whatever. It's a minor innaccuracy though.

Bit of a crap episode but it's still a good watch.

Good point there oxford_fan. I've never tried eating hash but the affects of his first time high were fairly accurate, I don't ever remember wanting my mummy mind. I do know someone that felt it important to tell his mum when he span out the first time though hehe.

You're totally wrong. In my younger years when I was well into hash I used to either put it in yoghurt or just chew a lump of it. It takes quite a while to take effect but you get fucked. You don't have to cook it at all.

Don't think that is the case. I have been to Eindhoven, Amsterdam and Maastricht and although I haven't partaken in this personally, I have seen cakes purchased and consumed very easily in cafes by friends.

Not a great episode again. Had it's moments as normal, but all a bit far at the end.

Good news though, according to the actor who plays Superhans tweets, new peep show starts November 26th. Which makes me wonder, does that mean the last episode will be a Christmas special?

Where was the interupting a voice of the beehive concert by firing an unconcious mate in a shopping trolley at the stage? Or crashing through a balcony onto a table full of students and their drinks?
