was wandering around town today and noticed a lot of men wearing 3 qtr length trousers, i just dont get them, all that the sun or air can get to is your ankle, may aswell just wear jeans or trackie bottoms, and in my opinion makes men look like right pansies :gay:

Guess that make me a right pansy, but I can live with that. With my legs I don't fancy short shorts

I also own a pair, prefer shorts but not averse to the old 3/4 lengths.

I like 3/4 lengths. Thing is for me is finding a pair that fit. As i only have short legs they usually look like trousers on me. Its always a laugh for whoever is shopping with me.

i was serious.on a mild summers evening on holiday,a pair of those shorts-trousers with a light shirt does the trick.

As for the claims that they look like normal trousers that have shrunk, that's only true if they're too long. As the name suggests, they should only go 3/4 of the way down your leg, not down to the ankle region!

I've got 2 pairs of 3/4 lengths from next, they are the cargo style with loads of pockets, i like them but think they only look ok with flip flops.

Shorts are for playing sport or on the beach/in the pool imo.

I've seen a neighbour of mine - who is way past middle-age/a twat/a lanky streak of piss/trying to fight old-age - wearing these. He looks a proper cunt. This could be in the other thread actually, because it's a trivial thing that amuses me.

3/4 lenghts are ok for skinny people.

I can't get away with them, so its long shorts for me.
