Said gourmet present of hearts, lungs and liver duly arrived needing 3 hours of boiling by way of preparation. After about 2 hours the stench which pervaded the whole house was such, that I wanted to throw up :puke: Was I just being a lightweight? Having been brought up in 50's post war austerity England, I was fairly used to offal and rank cooking smells, but this was something else, Cooper's blood and bone factory meets Borthwick's abattoir.
