Title: Home information Pack Post by: Power to people on Thursday, April 8, 2010, 12:55:20 Anyone moved home recently and had to get one of these lovely packs ?
We're gonig to be moving but have to get one before we put our house on the market, the only ones I can find online say you have to use them as your solicitors which we don't want, anyone know of anyone that does these cheap (preferably under £200) ? Title: Re: Home information Pack Post by: Anteater on Thursday, April 8, 2010, 13:10:51 Just spoken to my bruv who does them as part of his duties for the solicitors he works for. He said he can do it for you and it's £250 total but no strings (i.e. if you want to use another solicitor for conveyancing etc then fine). If you're interested and want to speak to him pm me and I'll pass his details on.

Some sols & estate agents will as you say do it for free or bill you when the house is sold, but not my prfered option as you can get better legal costs by shopping around.
