Isn't being an Intelligence Analyst just asking for trouble? Changing from service to sales may suggest your business is suffering and has decided to stop worrying about making customers happy, and spend time getting lots of new business instead. A sort of chuck enough shit at the wall and some will stick approach - lots use it (british gas, insurance companies etc).
