Loved it when he shouted at that french cook last week, who denied deep fat frying the roast potatoes. "Don't fucking lie to me, I can't stand fucking liars". Turns out the frenchy was lying.

He's properly clued up as to how to turn a shit restaurant into a sucessful restaurant in a few reletavily easy steps. I think he's do a good job of turning round virtually any ailing business to be honest.
