Many companies will try to do something for you.

He took a fucking pilots course which cost them an absolute fucking bomb but they had agreed to it in a contract that they could choose what they want or take a fairly big fat wedge pay-off. They never thought anyone would take the training option. If you get dosh whits go travelling again.
