3 of my favourite big belly filling dinners ever! Along with beef casserole made in the slow cooker. Im not sure ive ever had dumplings tho.

I got the bollocking of all time from the doctor who was surprised that I was still breathing. Since then I've been on green things, things that swim and liquids that aren't alcohol. Thank you for reminding me of what I love.

Did you do the dumplings in the stew so they were soggy or bake them so they were crispy? Were they plain ones or did you add some herbs?

I had pizza and chips.

How does roasted Pork Tenderloin in greek seasoning with roasted potatoes and vegatables sound? It was very nice.....

Agreed - a decent meat and veg stew is surely a very healthy meal.
