I also think that this reporter must be quite selective in the story that he is telling.

A 30 ft jump would very seriously injuire a person, if not kill them outright. There must have been a safety thingamyjig to catch her for her to suffer only minor injuiries.

This, of course, must have been conveniently omitted from his story.

The twat is the woman in question. If you want to end your life, do it so no-one else gets hurt. Jump off a bridge, cause a possible pile up and put other innocent lifes in danger.

That's the whole point though. She had absolutely no intention of actually killing herself otherwise she would have just done so. She was attention seeking and nothing more.

And anyway even if someone doesn't really want to die but jumps off something because they're severely distressed and can't cope then don't you have any sympathy for that?

I just think it's fucked up that guy had more sympathy for motorists whose journey was delayed a bit than for some woman who was distraught and had mental issues.

Because if she really wanted to kill herself, then she would now be dead.

You are not the only one - I reckon it was the laughter from the motorists below who listened to record before she jumped, that made her jump.

I doubt letting a perspective jumper lo listen to the radio would be a police tactic in getting her down.

You could say it was bad taste, but everything worked out in the end. Non story.
