Subway's Friday special for lunch, followed by Venison liver & onions, roast potatoes and roasted squash with Northwoods Fire seasoning for dinner. All washed down with some Gaymers's cider. Yummo!

Just polished off home made Prawn Biryani with Bombay Aloo.  Lots of beer on the go.  Better half asleep on the sofa so full control of the remote.  I think the word is: result.

half price pork loin at Tesco meat counter, which I turned into 4 extra thick pork chops, with mash & onion gravy, followed by some half baked Ben & Jerry's and now drinking red wine.

I decided to have some sort of mince and onion with mash, but as i cooked the mince and onion i added various spices, garlic, then chillies, then tomatoes, then whatever else i could find, and it kinda turned into a kind of chilli con carne, which i ate in pitta.
