I've been getting graze boxes for a year a so, they do the best pineapple I've ever tasted and it's much nicer than tescos pineapple for the same price. Unfortunately they stopped doing it during the postal strikes in case it wasn't fresh even though the boxes were never delayed anyway but it's a great idea for a company.

They designed so you 'graze' on the box of food throughout the day instead of having lunch. You can choose what you have in a box, so its healthy for you.

Grow a set and make sandwiches

I get the concept, I don't get why you'd pay £3+ for it rather than getting a load of stuff in the supermarket and doing it yourself.

It's not £3+ though and for similar stuff you'd pay more in the supermarket anyway, although you can't even get anywhere near the same quality fresh pineapple in the supermarket - most supermarket stuff is very poor quality in comparison.

wow I admire the concept - Im not sure I could survive just on fruit and nuts - Id be liked a dried out old husk by the end of the day.

I don't really get it either. Fair enough with pasta or sandwiches you have to prepare the lunch so it's easier buying them if you're lazy.

If it's just nuts and shit like that then there is no preparation involved. Seems a bit of a gimic but that's just my personal view.
