There's a lot there to make a man happy....get rid of the work and get in an autumnal 10 to 12 mile walk, and fella heaven obtained. It's hell to get to the top but the downhill its great. So Friday night and the first bit of alcohol for 10 weeks. Shit it's great when you haven't had a drink for a long time!!
