I would have said they already had a decent team.  With Tinnion in charge I don't think they'll go up.

I was watching the England U21 side in the Toulon tournament earlier, Liam Rosenior is a seriously good player who I would fully expect to be pushing for a full England squad place inside the next couple of seasons.....he left Shitty for free because he could see they were going nowhere and it would hold back his career.
