Nope, another friday night spent working. I have next friday off altogether though so I'm well looking forward to that.

Friday spent child-minding. I enjoy it but it's tiring. After a breakfast of a poached egg on toast and a bit of fruit, I took my lovely nephew on a long walk through Lawns to feed the ducks. Well I fed the ducks, 22 month old Charlie was more interested in eating the mouldy bread than sharing it with our aqua based bird friends.

The whole trip took most of the morning as Charlie decided he had to jump on every single mole hill that we passed. I'm glad I was patient with him though because after a 3 course pasta lunch he was suitably knackered to sleep for an hour and a half in the afternoon. Which left Uncle Ben to finish off completing Zelda 3 (A Link to the Past, the SNES one) for the first time in the last few years.

I'd moved onto Ocarina of Time before I realised I better wake him up, which was fun. He wasn't angry about being woken up, he just kept laughing before going back to sleep. A good round of tickling aeroplanes got him going though, and then he was quite happy just to chill out and watch me play.

I enjoy looking after the kid, but it's always nice when he gets picked up. It was nicely broken up this week, but I've got him all 5 days next week. It can get tiring, mainly for the lack of adult contact. So if anybody fancies going for a beer/coffee in town in the afternoon sometime then I'm more than up for it.

I've spent the evening downing cans of strong bow. It's nice not to have to do anything tomorrow.

This is a purely unmitigated example of the kind of dickheads we have supposedly contributing to society. So...why don't you go out, or do the dishes, or watch the telly ? Oh no, you just can't resist sitting next to that keyboard. Sad bastard.

I know, what a knob.

"I haven't gone out so I'll try and vicariously live through others via the means of internet forums"

Tragic.

What a twerp. Why don't you just say Charlie's 2 years old ? 22 months my arse. Oh hang on....I'm just popping to the loo for 100 seconds, but it might be a couple of minutes. I've tickled a trout before (nice lady actually) but how do you tickle a bleedin aeroplane ?

Jesus Christ. What sort of fucked up dull cunt looks at a nice write up of a fun day out and picks on some age representation. I'm so sorry my age accuracy bothered you so much.

Aeroplane tickling was a great game. I'm not sad you don't get it, from what you've posted I think we're all better off if you don't have children.

You are all a bunch of sad cunts for staying in whereas I actually went out cos' I have a a bit of a life.

Just a bit of a life mind, one which starts when I go out on Fridays on finishes when I get in, so about 6-8 hours a week normally.

I think Ben was trying to make his otherwise boring story about his day seem a bit more interesting.

I have a poker night this evening. Prepared for it by purchasing many cans of Lech and Zwiech for 80 cents (about 60p) for a large can. Love buying alcohol over here, its cheaper than buying soft drinks!!

No, not me.

Although they assured me that 'the Hammer' was the anal entry thing that is tucked in your pants?

Anyway, I will buy you a beer at Col U next weekend in the CGH though. Just as long as I can keep my back to the jukebox.

You never know, they could be right...

How true, you never know. Obviously you will be able to direct me to the toilets ?

Oh Ben. Is it really that easy to wind you up ? I actually have four children and three grandchildren. I went out for a few tonight with my eldest to celebrate our first away League win. He's just a snip of a lad...at 323 months old !
