Disagree, this early in the season you don't want to ruin confidence with big defeats, it'd negatively impact our crowds and you never know goal difference may mean something at the end of the season.

Happy with the draw if you take out the ludicrously unlucky manner it occurred. Lets kick on this week, give a good showing against Wolves and beat Southend next week at home and ignoring the Gills debacle it will have been a good start to the season.

Just got home, on reflection a draw is probably a fair result. We were ok in the first half and much better in the second. Their second goal was very lucky, looked like a cross and i think Lucas got a hand to it.

McGovern was brilliant in the centre, got moved to right wing when we went to 442 and faded a bit, then DW took Timmy off for Macklin and JPM moved back inside and was immense for the last 20. The freekick was fantastic.

JPM my man of the match, closely followed by JFL was was ace until he went off. Kennedy is not ready yet, sadly.
