Title: BA Post by: Bob's Orange on Tuesday, August 11, 2009, 09:05:25 Was supposed to be flying over to Edinburgh last Friday with BA via Gatwick. Get a phone call at lunchtime saying the plane that was due to fly over to Lux had been grounded due to Operational differences. To their credit, they put my on a Scandinavian airways flight to Copenhagen and then on a British Midland flight to Edinburgh which meant that I had to leave work 45 minutes earlier and I got into Edinburgh over an hour earlier than normal.
Well chuffed with their customer service in this case, however flying home with Ryanscare on Sunday. I hate flying with them although its so bloody cheap you can't really complain.
