did no-one tell me that carlsberg special brew was 9% a can. i'm not trying to sound like an internet big dick, but i've been drinking them since 5, and only now have i realised. i originally thought they just tasted funny. now i'm feeling far to drunk for half seven on a thursday afternoon.  normally this wouldn't be an issue, in fact it would be celebrated, but untill february i've entered this mythical land called the 'real world', and as such actually have to be up tomorrow morning

Special brew is always strong.  That's why its called special.  If it was 4% it would be called "normal brew".

Drinking alone is great - you don't have to share and it encourages a state of thought that can only be decribed as "deep pondering".

Drinking alone is ace, no one can bollock you for having too much.

And conversation doesn't get in the way of the drinking.

I took my fitness cheerleading class then when to the gym but it was full of "all the gear but no idea" people so I got annoyed  

I'm to to the fridge for a cold one.

I was going to abstain, but all this talk of booze has started the taste buds slavering.

I never really got that idea. What's the difference with having a drink with someone else, or drinking by yourself, other than being a loner? It still has the same effect.

You could also have a few drinks to enjoy without getting drunk. I guess this is what Special Dave was trying to do :D

I was asked to cover a shift today, and so duly obliged. When I got there the new pix'n'mix dispenser (dunno what else to call it) had just been delivered. It was assembled and full by 3, and I was sugared up to the eye balls on free confectionary by 4.15.

Thus I had a nap this evening! Think I crashed a bit. Off to play 5-a-side in a bit.

I had a four hour case study mock exam today and it was about gyms and hotel gym franchising. I somehow didn't manage to finish it either, you'd think four hours was enough.

i have been a proper sport billy today, i did a 7k run, 6 miles on bicycle and 1500m in pool. plus also managed to fit in 2 ashes sessions. im off to brum tomorrow to see my nephew and possibly a new girlfriend.

yes there was, the brighton marathon next april, its the first one the city has hosted, looks quite a cool route too. i have a 10k in arundel and a half marathon in worthing as preperation

I've been watching the Ashes in my local all day and just got in. So a good day.

went to oasis today, was in vip the whole club wembley piece is spot on however a little detached from the atomsphere....atomsphere creates itself when you don't have to get up for a  beer....
