Makes you think though, if I'd have grilled/ oven cooked them I'd have eaten about a months worth of fat in one burger! I find it helps to turn it on for a couple of mins before cleaning helps, warms the hardened fat up so it can be just wiped away. sort of. burning your fingers can be an issue doing that though.
