I know there was a thread about this a fair few years back, but I was just wondering who decides what teams get involved?
Sky? Or is it an invite only by the sponsors, or do some old pro's sit down over a pint at their local Dog n' Duck and drunkenly decide to enter? Because a west country masters would be a laugh....
