I had a good moan about the pies always being burnt.

I told them to get better quality fresher food and charge more.Damn I should have got them to simplify the menu...

I feel like Gordon Ramsey,the STFC kiosks are diffenitly my toughest challenge yet! Maybe they should get Heston or Ramsey in,it'd be great publicity.

Ramsey's pubs got a massive slating, ready meals galore apparently.

I've had a Chicken Balti pie in the Don this season. Wasn't on the menu board, yet it was all they had left. Even Sherlock Holmes would be baffled by that.

Burgers need to improve. I buy one outside even know it costs more.
Vegi burgers, they did them at the start of the season only. (friend a vegi)

They need to sort out the hot chocolate.The stuff they have at the moment is ming,no matter how much i stir it the powder just won't all disolve and its so disgusting  :cry:

This is correct. While I may take my Orange Juice "With Bits" I'd prefer a Hot Chocolate not to share that quality.

Im not a massive Peanut Butter fan,I dont mind it but would never actually buy any either crunchy or smooth.

I did this last week.

I requested, nay, demanded, pizza slices, and suggested a £1.50 price point.

Sometimes at football I just don't fancy a burger, and quite simply cannot be arsed with the rigours of ploughing through a pie.

I also asked for a mustard dispenser for the hot dogs.

Sod slices, they should just turn one of the kiosks into a Domino's Pizza. They don't need to cook them there, just bring 100 or something with them pre-made and they'd sell out in no time.

Well that's an interesting idea, as we know the club have links with a pizzeria on Sussex Square, and also with Dominoes itself.

In fact I may even fill it in again and propose that they allow me to open a franchise there.

The kiosks are complete and utter shit, they need to rip them out and start again. There is plenty of potential for the club to make plenty of profit from them on matchday's and I doubt they are at the moment.

I reckon they should put a McDonalds in each of the main stands, they know how to maximise profit.

Yep, and finding a location where you can open 7 days a week would be included in that

Are we turning into fucking America here? People moaning about food at football? From a personal view I couldn't give a shit about the food, I go to watch the football and be entertained (alledgedly). A few years ago in the states I went to an ice hockey game and I think there must have been more people clambering their 20 stone frames over me to get their 4th hot dog/burger than were actually watching the fucking game!

All I would ask for is to be able to have a beer at the game and maybe a piss sack on my seat to save me going to the lavvy.

good post, one thing i used to love in mexico however was that people walked round selling beer so you didnt have to move, that would be lush.

As long as the beer is decent! No Fosters or Carling people! Kingfisher on tap would be my preference!!

Or rip out the unwanted seats in the Town End so we can piss against the back wall again!

When all you've had for breakfast and lunch is beer, it's often quite welcome to have some sort of edible food. All they'd have to do is get the food better than The Merlin, which shouldn't be difficult.

Yes, beer would be welcome but you can get beer in two of the 3 home stands anyway. If the food was better you could spend more time in the pub anyway.

The Merlin did a cheese board for me this afternoon, that'll take some beating.

My theory is that food at football grounds is generally overpriced and not worth the cash anyway (and I can't be bothered queuing). So generally I'll get a chippy prior to going to the pub which keeps my hunger locked up until Sports report.
